Scope of sale

Dream Life Labs supplies chemical reference materials to qualified researchers and laboratories for in vitro laboratory research only. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or diagnostic products, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Dream Life Labs does not provide preparation, handling, or use instructions of any kind. Purchasers are solely responsible for determining appropriate laboratory procedures under their own institutional protocols and for compliance with all applicable laws.

Account and acknowledgement required

The product catalog, product details, inventory information, pricing, cart, and checkout are available only to registered account holders. Before any of that content is served, the account holder must accept a research-use acknowledgement confirming the purchaser is at least 21 years of age, is acquiring materials solely for laboratory research, and understands the materials are not for human or veterinary use.

The acknowledgement is recorded against the account with its wording, version, and acceptance timestamp. Accounts that have not accepted the current acknowledgement cannot access catalog, pricing, cart, or checkout functionality.

Prohibited uses

• Human consumption, ingestion, injection, or any other human administration.
• Veterinary or animal treatment use.
• Diagnostic, clinical, or therapeutic use.
• Resale or distribution for any of the above purposes.

Orders that indicate an intended use outside laboratory research may be declined, cancelled, or refunded.
