Purchase Restrictions

Who may purchase

Purchasers must hold a registered Dream Life Labs account, must be at least 21 years of age, and must have accepted the Research Use Only Terms. The catalog, pricing, cart, and checkout are unavailable until those conditions are met.

Destinations we ship to

Dream Life Labs ships within the United States only. Orders with a non-U.S. destination address are not accepted at checkout. We do not export research materials.

When an order may be declined

An order may be declined, cancelled, or refunded in whole or in part where the transaction or destination would violate applicable legal, jurisdictional, export, carrier, or shipping restrictions, or where the order otherwise conflicts with our research-use terms. Examples include:

• The destination is outside the United States or is unserviceable by our carriers.
• Applicable law, regulation, or export control restricts the sale or movement of the material to the requested destination or recipient.
• Carrier rules restrict the material, packaging, or temperature-controlled service.
• The order indicates intended human, veterinary, diagnostic, or therapeutic use, or resale for such use.
• Account, payment, or identity verification cannot be completed.

Where an order is declined after payment, the payment is refunded to the original payment method under our Refund Policy.
